Trust and compliance.

LEXARIS is built for regulated work. This page collects the concrete commitments and technical choices behind the product, to help with audits and procurement.

Keys can stay with you

In “Keys stay with you” mode, detection and replacement run in your browser. The key lives in the browser’s storage or in a key file you download, so LEXARIS never receives the document content or the key. Your account details and ordinary access logs are processed as described in the privacy notice.

  • No document content or keys on LEXARIS servers in this mode
  • Tokens are sequential and carry nothing from the original values
  • Cloud mode for scans, audio, video and team work: processing and hosting in St Petersburg, Russia; EU, UK, US and Swiss regions planned, not yet available

No document text in logs

Logs never contain document text, mapping values or passwords. Technical logs (IP address, browser, time) are kept for 90 days.

  • Strict sensitive-field filter on every log line
  • Token mapping encrypted and stored separately
  • Mapping tables: 4 hours (free), 24 hours (paid), longer if you choose

Deploy inside your perimeter

The on-premise edition runs inside your own infrastructure with full feature parity and no calls to external APIs.

  • Minimal attack surface
  • Runs in air-gapped networks
  • Same API as the cloud service

Source transparency

The core engine is available for audit under the on-premise licence. A public changelog and roadmap show what changed and what comes next.

  • Changelog published with every release
  • Public roadmap
  • Security disclosure form for researchers

Documents for your DPO
